Every psychologist at the practice is committed to ensuring you feel safe and comfortable during your visit, and to the Sensitive Practice Guidelines listed in the first document on this page. Please take a moment to review this document prior to calling or before your visit and do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding what your options are when making an appointment or during your visit to our office.
Prior to arriving you should have completed the appropriate history form (Child History Form or Adult History Form) and read through our Consent and Policies form. Prior to starting your session, one of our psychologists will cover consent with you again and answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding any part of the form.
